• Order Processing. Where's My Order?
Currently, our order processing five working days for UPS ground orders. If you like your order to be rushed we can certainly change the status of your order. There is no additional cost for this service. However, depending on the type of shipping method selected will determine how fast you receive your order.

• When will I receive my order?
Currently, our order processing is 2 to 3 weeks. If you like to rush your order, please specify RUSH and when you like your shipment. Due to the unpredictable status of our inventory and seasonal volume, we cannot guarantee that your order will be rushed within a week for shipment. We will attempt to honor each of our customer's requests.   << back
• Which Shipping Companies Do You Use?
Due to our long history and reliability with our shipping partners, we are very happy to announce to our customers that they now have more selection and control of how their order will be shipped. Since we do not charge extra for shipping (the cost for shipping for be identical to what the shipping company charges us). No hidden costs. In addition, we have a close partnership with UPS and DHL, so you can be sure that your shipping cost is the most cost effective.

Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground.
Optional shipping selections are:
  • UPS 3rd Day
  • UPS 2nd Day Air
  • DHL Express 2nd Day

    • For international orders, we use DHL International Express. For larger cities, your order will arrive within 5 working days. For smaller cities, 7 -14 days.   << back
